Clinic-Based Speech Pathologist
(Senior / Experienced)

Full time | Parramatta, Sydney NSW | $90,000 – $120,000 per year

We’re looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist (ideally 2+ years, but strong early-career clinicians will be considered) to join our small, clinic-based team in Parramatta.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment and therapy to clients in the clinic or via Telehealth

  • Manage client onboarding

  • Attend weekly team meetings to discuss client cases and engage in professional development

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and external health professionals

  • Occasionally visit clients in the community

  • Complete documentation in a timely manner (e.g. progress notes, reports, letters)

Essential Criteria

  • 2+ years experience as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist

  • SPA membership

  • Current Working With Children Check

  • National Police Check

  • Full Australian Working Rights

  • Eligibility for Medicare Provider Status

  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance

  • Ability to work independently and seek clinical guidance as needed for safe and quality practice

  • Organisation and time-management skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of evidence based practice

  • Commitment to professional development

Desired Criteria

  • Experience working with the NDIS

  • Experience or interest in working with (external) multidisciplinary teams

  • Driver’s Licence
